Adhesives have special functions and are widely used in metal hose joints. There are more than 10,000 kinds of adhesives suitable for different uses in the world. How to choose suitable adhesives for metal hose joints requires comprehensive consideration of the following four factors.

1. Medium resistance
Air, water, oil, acid, etc. are collectively referred to as individual materials. Most adhesives in Shanghai have the best resistance to air media, and the bonding strength of the bonded parts in air is the highest. However, the bonding force in different properties of gas or annotated medium is quite different, and even the quality of the joint is mainly air, water, oil and acid. When using adhesives, choose adhesives that are resistant to the media used.

2. Bonding strength: gooseneck, metal hose, table lamp hose
Every 1cm2 of the adhesive surface, the destructive force in normal temperature and air medium is called the bonding strength, expressed in MPa. The bonding strength is divided into tensile strength, shear strength, torsional shear strength and strong peeling length. Private detectives refer to the breaking strength of the adhesive parts in different stress directions. When selecting adhesives, the strength adhesives suitable for them should be selected according to the misunderstanding of the position and stress of mechanical parts.

3. Temperature resistance
Refers to the temperature range that the adhesive layer can withstand after being completely cured, such as a certain temperature resistance of -60oC-120oC, that is, the adhesion can be applied in the range of -60oC to 120oC. Above this limit, the adhesive strength is significantly reduced. The temperature of the air-cooled engine in construction machinery can reach 130oC. The temperature of the hydraulic oil can reach 120oC. The Shanghai private investigator must choose the adhesive within the temperature range that the adhesive can withstand.

4. Curing time
The curing time refers to the time required for the adhesive to change into a solid glue at the same temperature at room temperature. The curing time can be divided into initial curing (or fixed) time and full curing time. Initial curing refers to the time required for the adhesive layer to withstand the adhesive parts not falling off due to its own weight; full curing refers to the time required for the adhesive layer to fully cure and reach the highest adhesive strength and the best media resistance. According to the initial curing time, the adhesive can be divided into two types: instant dry glue (or quick dry glue) and slow dry glue. The initial setting time of instant adhesive is only a few seconds or tens of seconds. If the magnetic pump needs to shorten the curing time for slow-drying glue, it can be heated by thermal blowing or oven baking, but the heating temperature and time should be determined according to different types of glue. Choose instant-drying or slow-drying glue. The plug-in valve depends on the different conditions of the bonding parts and work needs. Generally speaking, the adhesive strength and medium resistance of slow-drying adhesives are better than that of instant-drying adhesives.

The above points are the basic principles for selecting adhesives in metal hose joints. Only when the adhesive is selected correctly can the expected effect be achieved, the performance of the metal hoses can be restored, and the utilization rate of the metal pipe joints can be improved to improve economic efficiency.
